Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Trade Only Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We always recommend ordering Samples first. After we receive your order we will need to check stock and contact you if there are any problems, therefore please monitor your email.

We accept Credit/Debit Card payment, Cheque or direct Bank Transfer. All goods are sold on a TRADE basis.

Cheques should be posted along with Purchase Order. Please make cheques payable to 'Europeanwear Ltd'.
Returned or represented cheques are charged at £30 per representation. Please allow an extra 4-5 days delivery for cheque clearance. Always write your order number on the reverse of the cheque.

We accept ALL major UK Debit and Credit Cards. etc. All card transactions are processed by an Approved 3rd Party (CreditCall) for additional security. If paying by Card, we ONLY despatch to the Card Holders address. Failure to enter the Delivery address exactly as it appears on your Card Statement will result in a delay to your Order.

All prices and products are subject to change without prior notification.

Shipping And Handling For orders placed before 1pm**, orders are normally dispatched same day on a Next Working Day Service*, subject to stock and cleared payment. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to situations beyond our control.

Goods are sent on the assumption that the premises is available to take receipt of the delivery within normal working hours** You should liase continuously with the courier to ensure your request is dealt with efficiently for any redeliveries. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred on returned parcels even if the customer is not at fault. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you agree that redeliveries are your responsibility. To recuperate our loss on this we will charge a min of £17 + VAT to resend any returned orders.

If your order does not arrive within 2 working days, it is your responsibility to let us within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, orders can no longer be collected directly from our warehouses by customers.

Cost for despatch is calculated and shown before any transaction takes place. Approximate costs are as follows: £5.99 and then £4.99 per case thereafter for UK Mainland Next Working Day delivery.

Deliveries should be checked carefully to ensure the number of packages you are asked to sign for, has been delivered. We cannot take responsibility for non-delivered packages if the full consignment has been signed for. Deliveries should be checked for accuracy as we cannot accept returns that have been decorated.

Europeanwear Ltd must be informed of any problems you may with an order, albeit late arrival or errors in order within 2 working days of receipt of goods. If your order does not arrive within 2 working days please contact us immediately (within 24hours) as there maybe a delivery problem. Customer is responsible for any redelivery charges for failure to contact us immediately by email. As well as the goods, all packaging and paperwork must be kept and in the original condition.

Goods despatched to a third party are at the customers own risk.

Orders cannot be cancelled whilst in transit.

Back Orders We can no longer back order items. Our Sales Staff can advise a date when the stock will next be available, you are advised to place your order after this time.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

We do not charge VAT on selected childrens clothing.

Guarantee Please order samples (printed or plain) first before placing a final order. Samples and Wholesale Orders are non-returnable for whatever reason.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the information supplied on our website is always accurate and uptodate, therefore we strongly advise our customers to order samples to check the product meets their requirements. Our stock is sold elsewhere and stock is not live, therefore you are advised check stock with us first before ordering if your order is urgent.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy Garments may be returned only if incorrectly supplied AND we are notified within 48hours of receipt. Samples (Printed or Plain) should be first ordered to check requirements. We may not charge you for the sample(s) based on us receiving a genuine wholesale order within 2 months of receipt of sample. This is at our discretion.

Please contact Customer Services in writing (fax or post) for a returns authorisation before dispatching goods.

Under no circumstances can we accept return of garments that have been decorated, even if wrongly supplied.
Please check deliveries thoroughly before decorating. It is your responsibility to ensure that the decorater of the goods is aware of this if being sent direct.

Garments cannot be returned due to late delivery. We cannot gurantee delivery before a specific date due to situations beyond our control.

Orders including Samples are non-returnable due to the high admin costs involved, even if faulty or wrongly described. Garments are manufacturer in bulk and inspected before shipped from the factory. Occasionally however, a garment may vary from normal or contain a fault. If samples are to be used for production, Europeanwear Ltd kindly suggests such customers buy their goods from retail stores where returns are processed easily and swiftly. Please do not ask us to make exceptions as 'goodwill gestures' or '1-off's' as this will be refused.

Please order samples first to check sizes, colours, prints and ANY other requirements, as garments can NOT be returned due to these issues or similar issues. We cannot always guarantee the accuracy of the information shown on our website, therefore we strongly encourage customers to order samples first. Website colours and information should be used as a guide only. Europeanwear Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any variation in shade, material, composition or description shown within our website.

Cancelled orders are only permitted with prior authorisation of Europeanwear Ltd. Europeanwear Ltd has the right to refuse to accept a cancelled/returned order for any reason and as such the customer is responsible for all cost and the items are deemed non-returnable.

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and their replacement the consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not legally apply as this website is for taking Trade Only orders. Hence although we are not obliged to accept any returns and/or refunds we strongly advise you to inform us of the situation and we will make a decision on a case by basis. Our decision will be final. We've included this to prevent abuse of our Returns policy.

Represented or unpaid cheques will incur £30 handling charge.
Interest will be charged on overdue balances in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act at the rate of 8% above the prevailing Bank of England base rate. If a customer fails to make payment within 31 days we also reserve the right to pass the debt to a Debt Collection Agency at a charge of £40 to the customer.
